Gingerbread cake in July? Absolutely. Cupcake food fight on the dance floor? Say less. Throw the cake off the balcony and hand out spoons like we’re in the cheesecake episode of Friends? We are SO down for that.
We design our vegan cakes to fit your vision, your taste, and your story.
So when it comes to your wedding, just do whatever the fudge you want, and we’ll help you make it happen, babe!
Wedding Booking Process
1: Inquire With Me!!
Go ahead and fill out the inquiry form below. Our pricing and all the things we offer are included in that!
2: Let’s Chat :)
If we have your event date available, we will schedule a Zoom consultation so we can meet and chat about your wedding. We will talk about it all! Flavors, quantities, color palettes, design, the role your cake will be playing in your event, etc.
3: Try some Cake!!
If you’d like to do a cake tasting, we offer half dozen cupcake tasting boxes. These include six flavors of your choice for $60 plus tax. These are pick up only.
4: Let’s Get It On The Books!!
Once we have nailed down the details of your cake, I will email you the order contract and invoice for your event order.
A 25% non refundable retainer and signed contract will be due within 7 days to book and lock in your date. Your remaining balance will be due three weeks prior to your event date.
5: Your Event is Iconic :)
I will coordinate with your planner and/or catering team about the event logistics when we’re about a month out. And when the day finally comes, I will deliver and set up your order!!

Please inquire at least four months in advance for weddings.
You’re still in the right place, babe! Even though elopements and micro weddings aren’t as large-scale as traditional weddings, they still take the same amount of planning and logistics.
No! Our base cake prices remain the same regardless of the occasion. But because weddings take much more planning and coordination in terms of delivery, set up, and timing logistics, the cost does average a little higher than our custom cakes. But we promise, we don’t have any “wedding tax/upcharge.” That type of stuff doesn’t align with our ethics, babe.
I have a list of venues and planners I like to work with. Feel free to ask during your consultation.
If you choose to do a tasting box, we will schedule that pick up date after your consultation. Your flavor selections must be submitted at least one week prior to your pick up date.
We require a 25% non refundable retainer to book. The remaining balance of your order is due three weeks prior to your event.
You may make one revision to your order, which must be submitted at least 60 days prior to your event date. (No changes for styled shoots.) Any changes will be reflected in your remaining order balance. If you need to cancel your order for any reason, you will NOT be refunded the 25% retainer. If you cancel your order with less than three weeks notice, you will still be responsible for the entire order balance. See your contract for more details.
